Product Designer (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interaction models, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes supporting user-centered design
• Collaborate with Senior Product Designers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with product and business goals
• Create and refine design assets across web, mobile, and trading platforms
• Support user research and usability testing by analyzing both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions
• Maintain and update design systems and guidelines under senior supervision
• Collaborate within agile development workflows and document designs for developer handoff
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to the improvement of design standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, preferably in fintech, trading, or a digital-first environment
• Solid portfolio showcasing thoughtful user interface designs and user experience projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and iterate on feedback
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality experiences
• Experience in financial services or trading applications is a plus
• Familiarity with agile development workflows
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI components
