Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design for Seso's agribusiness HR platform, from discovery to high-fidelity deliverables.
  • Conduct user research and customer interviews with farmers, managers, and farmworkers to validate problems and solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI in Figma.
  • Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient handoffs to engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Operations to translate insights into product outcomes.
  • Advocate user-centered design and influence product strategy as a founding/lead designer.
  • Measure design impact and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product design, with B2B SaaS expertise.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and measurable impact.
  • Expert-level Figma skills: components, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Proven experience running user research and synthesizing insights into design solutions.
  • Solid visual design fundamentals: layout, typography, and interaction design.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and driving design decisions.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience building or evolving design systems at scale.
  • Background designing enterprise workflows, HR, payroll, or operations tooling.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AgTech, FinTech for workers, or labor platforms.
  • Track record of shaping design processes or mentoring other designers.
