Responsibilities

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Partner with product to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Contribute to the development and execution of design vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Collaborate with design colleagues to advance design patterns for desktop and mobile
• Maintain visual and experiential consistency across products and features
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design integration
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment and innovation

Requirements

• Experience in product design with at least one role at a SaaS company
• Experience working on both mobile and web applications
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
• Strong understanding of visual design principles
• Emerging understanding of user research methods, accessibility, and mobile design standards
• Proficiency with Figma, AI tools (Claude, Perplexity), and work management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
