Product Designer Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Deliver adequate solutions covering multiple product states, lifecycles, and personas
• Master the use of Design Systems, defining interaction patterns and architecture to ensure consistency
• Understand interface construction principles in code across different platforms
• Define business vision for products within the tribe and direct customer journey discovery
• Use advanced research techniques and exploratory data analysis to impact the roadmap
• Coordinate and facilitate interaction with stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic decision-making
• Validate success metrics and prioritize initiatives based on result KPIs

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience
• Proven track record of leading a launched project in a market
• Ability to work on ambiguous problems without predefined scope
• Experience balancing deadlines and quality while prioritizing difficult tasks
• Ability to provide technical suggestions and constructive criticism to the team
• Capability to build tactical direction based on organizational strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coordinating collaborative interactions to build trust and influence
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and information synthesis
• Ability to effectively communicate design decision logic to strengthen strategic influence
• Proficiency in using Generative AI tools (specifically Claude and Gemini) to optimize conversational design flows
• Experience developing and refining advanced prompts for conversational efficiency
