Responsibilities

• Deliver satisfactory solutions covering multiple product states, lifecycles, and personas
• Use and define Design System patterns for interaction and architecture to ensure consistency
• Influence business vision across multiple products within a tribe
• Lead customer journey discovery processes using various research techniques
• Interpret data and translate solutions into hypothesis testing
• Manage stakeholders to promote alignment and visibility in decision-making
• Define success metrics for products and initiatives with autonomy
• Establish initiatives that impact result KPIs based on company strategy

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product design
• Proven track record of contributing to launched and monitored projects
• Ability to work with open or poorly defined scopes
• Experience collaborating with direct teams and cross-functional areas
• High autonomy in daily decision-making regarding solution details
• Ability to contribute to technical team decisions and solution creation
• Experience mentoring junior designers

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to articulate design logic to leadership and stakeholders
• Efficient communication skills including active listening and synthesis of information
• Ability to manage difficult conversations while maintaining professional relationships
• Experience using Generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to optimize conversational design flows
• Ability to develop, test, and refine advanced prompts for conversational efficiency
