Product Designer (UAE — Hybrid/Remote)

Responsibilities

• Own product design across the full product lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for generative audio experiences (voice cloning, TTS, STT, conversational agents).
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and AI Research to translate technical constraints into elegant UX solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and interaction patterns.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and partner with Product, Growth, and Support to ensure successful launches.
• Ship high-quality, production-ready designs with an owner’s mentality and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work and problem solving for complex interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and rapid prototyping.
• Experience designing end-to-end user experiences and interaction flows.
• Ability to partner with engineers, understand technical constraints, and iterate quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced teams.
• Comfortable working in an AI-first product environment and learning domain-specific workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience designing for audio, speech, or generative AI products.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale.
• Background working at startups or high-growth product teams.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights into product outcomes.
