Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs, including wireframes, user flows, and product requirements
• Audit accessibility and inclusion to ensure adherence to modern standards
• Fact-check UX principles and validate model suggestions against established design patterns
• Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys or poor visual hierarchy
• Refine product requirements and evaluate AI-generated PRDs for clarity and feasibility

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in digital product design or user research
• Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UCD principles
• Ability to provide high-quality analytical critique on UI layouts and information architecture
• Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs
• A PayPal account for receiving payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer
• Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar
• Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion
