Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem
• Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features
• Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative product solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate best practices for security and privacy
• Manage and mentor a high-performing product team focused on Web3 technologies and user-centric design
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management leadership experience, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi, self-custody principles, and blockchain security
• Proven experience managing and scaling product teams
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into product decisions
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
• Must have the right to work in your current country of residence
