Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant payment gateway, card-issuing partnership and cross-border payments
• Navigate and translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions
• Work directly with merchants and payment partners to understand integration needs and translate them into product requirements
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business development on roadmap priorities and go-to-market timelines
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products from discovery through launch and scaling
• Create and operate structured governance models with merchant partners through regular cadence and performance tracking

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• At least 3 years in payments, fintech, or crypto
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure including card networks, stablecoins, and fiat rails
• Hands-on experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to lead and grow a product teams
• Strong track record of working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity
• Web3-native mindset regarding crypto UX and wallet infrastructure
• Ability to operate in a decentralized, global, async-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem
• Comprehensive understanding of Trust Wallet’s product suite and competitive positioning
• Solid experience working with LLMs / AI systems such as agents, prompts, or RAG
