Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI and product features in Horizon, from user problem to information architecture to shipped, polished experience
• Set the bar for user interaction, web app experience, and making complex governance concepts legible
• Bring deep front-end craft using TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies
• Translate enterprise signals into product features like gateway plugins, PII filtering, and audit logs
• Write maintainable, performant full-stack code across the stack as needed
• Develop deep product knowledge of the MCP ecosystem and AI/LLM tooling space
• Participate in on-call and incident response to maintain production reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a front-end focus
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing products in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern UI libraries like TanStack
• Strong product and UX judgment regarding user flows and information architecture
• Experience building with or a genuine interest in the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI/LLM tooling
• Fluency with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to act as a force multiplier
• Ability to work self-directedly with strong communication skills
