Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship product daily in collaboration with founders and users
• Move across product, engineering, design, AI, infrastructure, and growth
• Build new agent capabilities from scratch
• Design onboarding flows to improve user activation
• Improve infrastructure supporting millions of executions
• Iterate rapidly on product features based on user feedback

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and launching products, startups, or open-source projects
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take natural ownership of problems
• AI-native engineering workflow (using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex)
• Proficiency in using AI for debugging, prototyping, testing, and research
• Strong focus on product quality and user experience
• Ability to turn ideas into reality extremely quickly
