Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of items from arrival at the vault to exit, including receiving, processing, and shipping
• Build and own the roadmap for internal Vault tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
• Manage international shipping workflows, including customs, insurance, and carrier integrations
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure vaulted inventory is listed and monetized quickly
• Define and enforce predictable, measurable SLAs at every stage of the vault process

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in operationally complex environments
• Strong intuition for warehouse, logistics, or 3PL-style businesses
• Deep interest in AI-first workflows and automation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fulfillment centers, warehousing, or logistics operations
• Exposure to international shipping and cross-border workflows
• Experience deploying AI-assisted tooling in operational environments
