Responsibilities

• Iterate the board’s UX, features, and framing to increase high-impact placements
• Run growth and marketing experiments to drive reliable traffic via SEO, ads, and social
• Manage product strategy, including technical roadmaps and contractor coordination

Requirements

• Product-development mindset with data-driven decision making
• Strong strategic thinking and marketing instinct
• Ability to execute and ship changes rapidly

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical execution skills or experience with web codebases
• Experience with job boards, marketplaces, or two-sided products
• Familiarity with the impact-focused talent landscape
