Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Roadie's internal operations products
• Lead the development of tools and workflows that help internal teams identify issues, make informed decisions, and resolve work efficiently
• Translate complex, manual processes into intuitive, scalable product capabilities
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation while maintaining appropriate human oversight
• Establish clear goals and success metrics focused on efficiency, resolution quality, and user satisfaction
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes
• Serve as a hands-on product leader, driving critical initiatives while managing a small team
• Hire and onboard additional product talent

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal tools or operational platforms
• Experience as a player-coach, leading product execution while managing talent
• Track record of transforming complex, manual processes into scalable solutions
• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align stakeholders
• High bar for internal user experiences
• Practical, AI-forward mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, case-management systems, or support platforms
• Background in logistics, delivery, or marketplace operations
• Experience in user experience and product design
• Knowledge of AI-assisted support or decision-support tools
• Experience hiring, coaching, or developing product managers
