Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and strategy for your product area
• Act as a customer advocate by translating needs into detailed use cases
• Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to launch end-to-end experiences
• Drive innovation to improve customer workflows and scale the platform
• Create, iterate, and maintain the product roadmap
• Guide prioritization and manage trade-off discussions based on business strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Experience launching consumer-facing products and building experiences involving data, APIs, or systems
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both business and technical audiences
• Understanding of data flows, ETL, APIs, and related technologies
• Proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7v2
• General healthcare industry knowledge
• Startup experience
