Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform the AI roadmap and ensure product-market fit
• Define product requirements and roadmaps to drive customer impact such as cost reduction and time savings
• Identify use cases for agentic AI to enhance enterprise workflows, specifically on ServiceNow
• Develop ROI models and frameworks to realize value from AI offerings
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, data science, and ServiceNow platform teams
• Facilitate agile development processes, including defining epics and prioritizing backlogs
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch with an emphasis on usability and performance
• Orchestrate market awareness events such as webinars, client roundtables, and analyst presentations
• Assist in developing product marketing collateral including data sheets and sales enablement tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of product management experience focused on AI, machine learning, or enterprise software
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or product company
• Experience integrating AI solutions into ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and NLP
• Experience with AI cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience launching enterprise AI solutions with exposure to AI governance and ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ServiceNow AI features like Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence
• Experience with Data Science and Python
• Understanding of MLOps lifecycle and human-in-the-loop design
• Industry knowledge in BFSI or Telecom sectors
