Product Manager - AI

Responsibilities

• Own the MCP server, agent skills, and AI evaluations to build infrastructure optimized for AI coding agents and developers.
• Rethink product decisions (defaults, error messages, docs) through the lens of AI agents acting as primary users.
• Define problem statements, requirements, and success metrics for agent tooling bets.
• Manage the roadmap by deciding which agent plugin requests, MCP improvements, and reliability work to prioritize.
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to align the roadmap across the MCP server, CLI, SDK, and dashboard.
• Engage with a diverse customer spectrum, from indie developers to enterprise teams running agents in production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically with developer tools.
• Deep understanding of AI coding tools and agent harnesses.
• Technical proficiency in reading architecture documents and following design discussions.
• Ability to work effectively in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.
• Strong bias toward speed and a hands-on approach to using the products you manage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a founder with strong product instincts.
• Active engagement with the AI community and tracking latest releases from Anthropic, OpenAI, and others.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and feedback synthesis.
