SuperHive is the agentic AI platform for the construction industry, built by AI71 out of Abu Dhabi. We provide the intelligence that streamlines decisions across the full project lifecycle using AI agents that reason over construction data.

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly product strategy for your squad aligned with platform vision
• Translate customer needs into prioritized capabilities and crisp specifications
• Prototype with agents and frontier models to scope use cases and design evaluations
• Partner with customer engagement teams to drive tool graduation from client-specific to platform capabilities
• Act as the customer-facing voice through demos and requirements workshops

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with 2+ years building AI-native products
• Hands-on experience with current AI tooling, prompting, and designing evaluations
• Proven track record shipping B2B or enterprise products

Preferred Qualifications

• Product experience in construction-tech or AEC software
• Domain experience in BIM, scheduling, cost, or compliance
• Exposure to enterprise CDEs like Autodesk, Procore, or Oracle
• Arabic language skills and GCC market context
