Product Manager - AML

About the Company

Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on Oscilar to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk using the power of AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the AML and financial crimes suite including transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, screening, and case management
• Define rules engines, ML model layers, and scenario designs for alert generation
• Orchestrate onboarding risk workflows and identity verification data sources
• Design human-in-the-loop systems for case management and analyst productivity
• Manage end-to-end SAR filing workflows and regulatory reporting
• Develop the AML data strategy including transaction graphs and entity resolution

Requirements

• Full-stack AML product experience shipping products under regulatory scrutiny
• Deep knowledge of AML strategy, typologies, and model validation
• Technical fluency in data schemas, SQL, and ML model application
• Regulatory literacy regarding BSA, FinCEN, OFAC, and FATF
• AI-native workflow approach to product discovery, building, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging with Chief Compliance Officers on program design
• Proven ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier in product management workflows
