Product Manager - Branching

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers across the full spectrum to identify needs and set the roadmap
• Unify the developer workflow including CLI, migrations, seeds, and Git integration
• Own launch outcomes and define success metrics for each release
• Manage the commercial shape and constraints of branching features
• Decide product priorities and manage engineering, design, and leadership alignment

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience on developer tools or ex-founder background
• Proven track record of shipping developer-workflow products (CI/CD, migrations, or preview environments)
• Hands-on technical ability to follow design discussions and understand code
• Bias toward action and ability to work asynchronously by default
• Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem is a bonus
