Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and developers to gather, clarify, and document product requirements
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of priorities
• Support sprint planning, backlog management, and refinement of user stories
• Analyze product usage and feedback to provide data-driven recommendations
• Monitor releases and validate that solutions meet user and business needs
• Manage and coach Product Analysts if required by team structure

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a related role
• Experience working with software development teams and end-users
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and backlog management
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Management experience
