Product Manager, CAD

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for CAD workflows including call intake, unit recommendations, and dispatch operations
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable web-based experiences
• Work directly with customers to translate operational pain points into product improvements
• Define requirements for AI-driven capabilities and real-time video streaming integration
• Leverage product analytics and operational data to prioritize investments and measure outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, implementation, and go-to-market teams to support new launches

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, real-time platforms, or operationally complex environments
• Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building workflow-heavy or real-time products
• Data-informed mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Public safety industry experience
• Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or decision-support systems
• Familiarity with video streaming, multimedia workflows, or computer vision
