Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from problem definition through design to shipping and adoption
• Work closely with the CEO on strategy, prioritization, and high-stakes decision making
• Write technical specs, prototypes, and PRDs for engineering implementation
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate feedback into product bets
• Rapidly prototype ideas to pressure-test assumptions before committing engineering resources
• Integrate AI into workflows for research, prototyping, and analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product management experience with end-to-end ownership
• Technical background with the ability to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture
• Proficiency with modern prototyping and development tools like v0, Replit, or Cursor
• Strong design sense and ability to articulate UI/UX requirements
• Deep intuition for building products on top of AI models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-driven products and workflows
• Background in enterprise B2B software
• Experience in recruiting or HR technology
• Data-driven approach to challenging assumptions and refining product craft
