Responsibilities

• Own ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff end to end from market evidence through adoption
• Define the first audience for every bet and protect that focus
• Identify the right problems to solve and turn complex workflows into clear product direction
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering to shape valuable and practical solutions
• Prioritize ruthlessly and maintain a high standard for quality

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products
• Strong product judgment in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with calendar, scheduling, or meeting workflow products
• Experience building third-party integrations (CRM, calendar, or conferencing)
• Experience with lead routing or assignment logic
