Product Manager, Control & Safety Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 12-month roadmap for the platform’s control and safety layers
• Lead customer discovery and research to identify needs before technical development
• Position safety-critical architecture as a market differentiator aligned with global standards
• Orchestrate requirement architecture compliant with ISO 9001 and SIL standards
• Act as strategic lead for global regulatory shifts like EU Machinery Regulation and Cyber Resilience Act
• Own the requirement lifecycle for safety-critical hardware-software interfaces
• Partner with Quality Engineering to oversee certification efforts such as SIL 3
• Manage the control backlog as Product Owner and support go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Systems Engineering in high-integrity environments (aerospace, robotics, or medical)
• Deep understanding of functional safety principles and complex machine control
• Expert knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Jira, and advanced requirement management platforms
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, and safety-critical hardware/software integration
• Ability to support business development for complex government and industrial contracts
