Product Manager — DeFi Products & Applications

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for DeFi products, balancing user experience with protocol economics.
• Design and refine tokenomics and incentive mechanisms, including yield models, reward distribution, and fee accrual.
• Drive DeFi integrations and partnerships such as DEX/AMM listings, lending market collateral use cases, and restaking integrations.
• Manage liquidity and treasury considerations, including peg stability, liquidity depth, and mint/redeem arbitrage.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on token classification, KYC/AML, and jurisdictional restrictions.
• Collaborate with security and audit teams on smart contract risk, vault mechanics, and incident response.
• Drive growth through TVL and volume expansion, user acquisition, and CEX listings.
• Support governance processes, including parameter control and DAO/multisig operations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi primitives: staking/liquid staking, AMMs, lending markets, and yield mechanics.
• Proven experience shipping crypto or DeFi products as a PM, founder, or in a technical/strategy role.
• Ability to reason about smart contract mechanics, liquidity dynamics, and on-chain incentive design.
• Awareness of the regulatory landscape regarding tokens, staking, and payments.
• Ability to balance rapid product iteration with high security and risk discipline.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, security, legal, and growth teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaking, LSTs, or token launch platforms.
• Background in payments, billing/metering, or fintech infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/compute infrastructure or decentralized compute economics.
• Existing network across DeFi protocols, market makers, exchanges, or auditors.
