Responsibilities

• Spearhead product strategy for user protection, including Org Verification, KYC, and Fraud Detection
• Secure the user journey by improving onboarding and verification data capture
• Ship internal tooling for support teams to identify and action bad actors
• Configure monitors and alarms through vendors like Stripe Radar
• Mitigate link spam to protect domain authority and search ranking
• Collaborate with SRE, Payments, and Engineering teams on risk and platform integrity
• Manage platform integrity regarding User Generated Content, Content Safety, and TOS violations
• Lead the verification badge product and program

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in Trust & Safety, Fintech, or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in risk mitigation, KYC/KYB, or fraud detection
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and domain authority
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
