Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of MSP and MSSP services from definition through optimization
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Target Customer Profiles (TCPs)
• Maintain a normalized product and service catalog and all supporting documentation
• Develop and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRP
• Partner with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation teams to define required roles and skills
• Drive AI-enabled delivery strategies and identify opportunities for automation
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning and collateral
• Build and communicate product roadmaps and release cycles

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in technical services (MSP, MSSP, or similar)
• Proven success productizing complex service offerings
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity services
• Ability to create clear, precise documentation and client-facing materials
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Strong English communication skills
• Required certification: AIPMM CPM, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSPO, or Pragmatic Institute

Preferred Qualifications

• Broad technical fluency across MSP/MSSP domains (infrastructure, cloud, security)
• Experience in service-based or subscription business models
• PMI-PBA, PMP, or Microsoft technical certifications
