Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide project planning and coordination across teams
• Partner with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to move initiatives forward
• Problem-solve independently and collaboratively to meet project goals
• Develop AI agents using Claude CoWork
• Review and refine AI agents developed by colleagues
• Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry developments
• Lead internal AI trainings and workshops to increase adoption and effective use of AI tools

Requirements

• Strong desire to become an expert in building and deploying AI agents
• Continuous learning mindset
• Ability to work across multiple teams and departments
• Excellent communication skills for translating non-technical requirements into workflow specifications
• Experience leading projects independently with minimal oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.)
• At least 6+ months of experience in a business or corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying end-to-end agentic AI workflows
• Process management or Six Sigma experience
• Familiarity with AWS and Jira
• Experience working remotely in a distributed team
• Exposure to data science, product management, software engineering, or sales/marketing
• Python proficiency
