Product Manager - Engagement

AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. We are a fast-growing, founder-led company serving over 150k patients monthly via our UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy. Our mission is to become the dominant full-stack AI healthcare provider globally by leveraging AI and the growing GLP-1 market.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement and social roadmap to transform the app from a utility into a daily essential
• Lead community building initiatives, such as 'Circles', to support users on their weight loss journeys
• Drive freemium growth loops to convert prospective users into patients
• Apply behavioral design principles to drive retention and engagement within clinical constraints
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to refine product direction
• Define and own key metrics including weekly active users, retention, and conversion rates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer apps
• Proven track record of 0 to 1 product development as a Senior Product Manager
• Experience building social, community, or growth-focused features
• Fluency in growth mechanics, including retention curves and activation funnels
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems from hypothesis to outcome
• Strong data fluency and experience defining/refining metrics
• Ability to run parallel qualitative and quantitative research tests
• High velocity mindset with experience in weekly sprint cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated or sensitive categories (health, finance, dating)
• Early-stage startup experience
• Experience with multi-sided products
• AI-native approach to research, analysis, and prototyping
