Product Manager, Epic Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert in Epic functionality, current capabilities, and future roadmap
• Set strategy for Epic upgrades, enhancements, and feature adoption
• Partner with Operations to translate business needs into Epic standards and adoption strategies
• Lead discovery to understand underlying problems and form prescriptive recommendations
• Lead requirements and scoping across Ops, Epic, Innovation, Product, and Data initiatives
• Own development and maintenance of Epic playbooks
• Identify integration needs and translate operational requirements into scalable Epic-aligned approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of Epic experience in healthcare operations or an IT environment
• Epic certification(s) in Patient Access, Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or HIM
• Deep Epic functional expertise
• Strong executive-ready communication skills
• Creative, solution-oriented problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product management, solution design, or operational strategy
• Openness to innovation including AI to improve patient and client experiences
