Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment and custody aggregation products, including discovery, specification, and rollout.
• Design scalable aggregator architecture concepts such as multi-provider routing and failover logic in collaboration with engineering.
• Define integration requirements and coordinate implementation with external vendors, including custody providers and banking/payment rails.
• Define and maintain deposit/withdrawal transaction flows, covering validation, confirmations, settlement, and reconciliation logic.
• Manage configuration requirements including provider onboarding, fee models, limits, and geo-restrictions.
• Ensure operational readiness through monitoring, transaction status tracking, and error handling.
• Define product requirements for compliance, risk, and fraud prevention, such as KYC handoff and AML rules.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or trading infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals, including card payments, bank transfers, and PSP integrations.
• Practical understanding of the blockchain transaction lifecycle, including wallets, gas fees, and transaction states.
• Solid knowledge of how deposits and withdrawals are structured in a centralized exchange environment.
• Experience working with custody providers or crypto processing platforms.
• Ability to define clear product requirements for backend-heavy systems and infrastructure services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders.
