Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of products and define priorities across engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
• Drive product discovery and delivery practices: roadmaps, feedback loops, metrics
• Translate business goals and partner requirements into actionable product improvements
• Scope features with engineering, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure compliance and commercial viability
• Use data and insights to frame problems, monitor performance, and guide decisions
• Coordinate rollout, communication, and adoption with commercial and operations teams
• Monitor market, customer, and regulatory trends to inform product direction

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience
• Experience with regulated or compliance-heavy products
• Experience working with technical teams and APIs
• Background in retail or shopping-centre solutions is a plus
• Comfortable building product processes and rituals
