Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Work across a portfolio of products, defining priorities and coordinating delivery with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
• Support and improve product discovery and delivery practices, including roadmaps, feedback loops and metrics.
• Translate business goals and partner requirements into actionable product opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering on scoping, prioritization and trade-offs to ensure feasible, compliant and commercially sound solutions.
• Use data and insights to frame problems, monitor product performance and guide decisions.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout, communication and adoption of new features.
• Maintain awareness of market, customer and regulatory trends shaping product direction.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech or complex B2B environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products or initiatives concurrently.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking; able to connect customer needs to business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with technical teams; understanding of APIs, data flows and system dependencies.
• Fluent English communication; able to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity.
• Comfortable shipping pragmatic solutions and iterating based on learnings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with compliance-heavy or regulated products.
• Background in payments platforms, gift/card solutions or financial services.
• Proven success building roadmaps, discovery practices and structured feedback loops.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches and partner-facing rollouts.
