Responsibilities

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
• Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights
• Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering teams
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives including landing pages and compliance features
• Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences that balance speed, clarity, and trust
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
• Strong analytical skills with ability to pull and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in growth product management or customer acquisition funnels
