About the Company

Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, the platform has grown into a top three broker in the U.S., helping over 5M customers manage insurance, repairs, and maintenance through a single app.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points
• Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research to generate actionable insights
• Drive bug triage and resolution in collaboration with engineering teams
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features
• Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality user experiences
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull and interpret data
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination
