About the Company

HouseAccount is a home services marketplace connecting homeowners with service providers. We are building the interface for the future of home services, replacing static workflows with AI agents to facilitate seamless interactions between users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for both homeowners and service providers
• Define and execute strategies for homeowner acquisition, activation, and retention
• Manage provider onboarding, engagement, and growth
• Shape AI agent experiences to handle scheduling, communication, and edge cases
• Write specs, sketch flows, review designs, and push features live in a fast-paced environment
• Act as the primary user advocate across product reviews and roadmap discussions
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and analysis

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing marketplaces
• Proven track record of shipping products used by real people
• Strong design taste and ability to articulate UX improvements
• Technical fluency and understanding of software architecture
• Daily, instinctive use of AI tools for productivity and prototyping
• Ability to make decisions and ship products with incomplete data
• Comfort working in high-ambiguity, early-stage environments
