Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and evolution of digital products, transforming complex problems into scalable solutions
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for initiatives, aligning business goals with user needs and technical feasibility
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders to prioritize high-impact opportunities
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive product decisions
• Define success metrics, monitor results, and promote continuous learning cycles
• Develop hypotheses, experiments, and tests to validate solutions
• Communicate context, direction, and results to various organizational audiences
• Act as a product management reference within the squad, promoting best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager leading digital products or initiatives
• Experience defining and monitoring product and business metrics
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with Engineering, Design, and Data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence capability
• Proven track record in demand prioritization and roadmap management
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology companies with products at scale
• Experience with platforms, internal systems, identity, authentication, or product infrastructure
• Knowledge of experimentation methods and prioritization frameworks
• Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, and data analysis
• Experience with platform products, marketplaces, or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience in high-growth, high-autonomy environments
• Knowledge of acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
• Experience leading initiatives involving multiple teams or organizational dependencies
