Product Manager II

## Responsibilities

- Define the vision and roadmap for the Tenant Program, ensuring alignment with Careem’s overarching goals.
- Strategize and implement the launch and iterative enhancements of tech-enabled services in collaboration with external partners.
- Design robust integration solutions, including APIs and onboarding workflows, for seamless partner involvement.
- Leverage customer insights and other data to prioritize feature development effectively.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize services using marketing technology platforms.
- Utilize experimentation frameworks to support data-informed decision-making processes.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality product deliveries.
- Maintain service reliability and meet user satisfaction standards.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in product management within marketplace or technology platforms.
- Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and partner service platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of API design and modern software concepts.
