Product Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead and extend Energy Hub’s core platform for managing distributed energy resources
• Uncover insights from analytics, user research, and market research
• Define, prioritize, build, and iterate on new product features
• Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests
• Partner with product teams to deliver against strategic priorities
• Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements

Requirements

• 2-4 years of software product management experience
• Experience with electric utilities, IoT, or modern grid management tools
• Proven ability to lead complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical abilities to frame the impact of work
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
