Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for ION capabilities including forecasting and delivery outcomes
• Translate business goals into technical requirements, milestones, and success metrics
• Drive end-to-end delivery of ION initiatives across planning, implementation, and launch
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on technical design trade-offs and architecture
• Define product requirements for data processing workflows and delivery orchestration
• Improve reliability and performance of daily decisioning workflows and production jobs
• Lead phased rollout strategies to de-risk launches
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Experience with technical or platform-focused products
• Proven track record shipping data-driven capabilities in SaaS or infrastructure environments
• Strong technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data teams on architecture decisions
• Strong analytical skills for defining success metrics and performance dashboards
