Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration
• Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success
• Track product performance and adoption metrics
• Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials
• Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent in product operations, analytics, or consulting
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Experience querying databases using SQL
• Ability to write requirements and collaborate with technical teams
• Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
