Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a portfolio of life sciences-facing solutions connecting oncology providers, real-world insights, and educational engagement.
  • Own product strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization for ON.Path, NCCN reference licensing, and Oncology University offerings.
  • Drive insight-led innovation by gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to prioritize actionable product direction.
  • Manage revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting for all assigned product lines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, contracting, medical, analytics, and digital teams to ensure scalable and compliant delivery.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and products comply with NCCN licensing, trademark, and copyright requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in healthcare, oncology, or the life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical pathways, NCCN guidelines, and market access dynamics.
  • Proficiency with tools including Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Ability to manage complex digital products and cross-functional projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • B2B industry experience.
  • Experience working with medical office teams and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, training, and lifecycle management.
