Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and own marketing technology product strategy and roadmap
  • Align product capabilities with digital, influencer, and affiliate marketing workflows
  • Use analytics to identify pain points, prioritize initiatives, and run A/B tests
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, business, and engineering
  • Manage stakeholders with structured updates, documentation, and enablement
  • Prototype with emerging tech (including AI/LLMs) to validate platform ideas

Requirements

  • 2–5 years product management experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast pace
  • Customer-focused and commercially savvy
  • Complex project and dependency management
  • Hands-on with AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce product experience
  • Growth and MarTech domain knowledge
  • Adtech and affiliate marketing familiarity
  • Data platforms exposure
  • A/B testing and experimentation
  • Documentation and enablement practices
