Responsibilities

• Own the borrower experience from application through closing signatures
• Support the lending team experience for loan officers and processors
• Enable the real estate agent experience for lead generation and referral partnerships
• Manage API integrations and relationships with third-party mortgage service providers
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to support product enablement
• Ensure product designs and workflows align with mortgage compliance requirements
• Manage backlog prioritization, sequencing, and feature delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience
• 3+ years in mortgage technology (POS, LOS, P&PE, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Loan Officer, Processor, and Mortgage Ops workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven approach to analysis and decision making
• Experience managing third-party integrations via APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL and product analytics tools like Pendo or PostHog
• Ability to read API docs and perform basic testing using Postman
• Early-stage design experience using Figma or Balsamiq
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• Native Mobile app development experience
• Demonstrated delivery of AI or automation to improve product outcomes
