Product Manager, Orchestrator

Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams turn inbound leads into qualified meetings instantly. We are a fully remote, global team focused on building solutions that reduce friction in the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own Orchestrator end to end, from market and customer evidence through adoption and long-term business impact
• Define the first audience for every product bet and protect that focus
• Identify problems worth solving by turning signal detection and decisioning into clear product direction
• Define value, viability, priority, and success metrics for new features
• Monitor real usage after launch to iterate and shape the product roadmap
• Partner with Product Design and Engineering Leads to ensure solutions are valuable and technically sound
• Prioritize ruthlessly in complex environments

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product workflows
• Ability to simplify complex technical constraints into clear decisions
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Design in fast-moving environments
• High degree of ownership and independent judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or owning third-party integrations (CRM, Sales Engagement, or conferencing)
• Experience with lead routing, distribution, or assignment logic
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Experience building enterprise-grade, data-rich SaaS products
• Experience shipping with Claude or similar AI products
