Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy and initiatives across DeFi and trading products
• Partner with engineering, design, and research teams to build best-in-class experiences
• Translate market and user needs into impactful product specifications and requirements
• Define success metrics and priorities while maintaining a focus on execution
• Use data, user feedback, and market insights to drive product decisions
• Lead prioritization, risk analysis, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to drive product adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, or fintech
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, and on-chain trading mechanics
• Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision making
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Ability to work closely with engineers on technical constraints and trade-offs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing trading systems or financial-related products
