Responsibilities

• Develop the roadmap balancing no-code accessibility with sophisticated AI capabilities
• Research competitive landscapes to identify differentiation opportunities
• Create strategies for transitioning from traditional rule engines to AI-orchestrated decisioning
• Define success metrics and KPIs across fraud, credit, AML, and onboarding use cases
• Collaborate with engineering to build powerful and performant platforms
• Work with risk domain experts to ensure workflows meet practitioner needs
• Partner with customer success to gather feedback and iterate on capabilities
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to articulate the platform's value proposition
• Lead agile ceremonies and maintain stakeholder communication

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS platforms
• Proven track record building workflow automation, orchestration, or integration platforms
• Deep understanding of workflow orchestration patterns, event-driven architectures, and state machines
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and agent architectures
• Understanding of real-time systems, message queuing, and streaming data processing
• Familiarity with API design, webhooks, and OAuth flows
• Experience with workflow execution engines like Temporal, Airflow, or Camunda
• Understanding of risk decisioning workflows (fraud, AML, credit, onboarding)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with Node-RED, Apache Airflow, or Temporal
• Knowledge of risk platforms such as Actimize, SAS, or Feedzai
• Experience building developer platforms or tools
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines
