Product Manager

OXIO is building the world's leading Telecom-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform. We believe connectivity should be as programmable, scalable, and accessible as any modern cloud service, transforming telecom from legacy infrastructure into software through modern APIs and software-defined infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery and strategy by identifying and validating market opportunities
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with company goals
• Create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Partner with Design to conduct user research, map user journeys, and prototype solutions
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to make data-driven improvements
• Leverage and incorporate emerging AI technologies into product discovery and customer experiences

Requirements

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience
• Strong understanding of modern product management principles and Agile methodologies
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building B2B SaaS, API, infrastructure, fintech, or telecom products
• Experience working with AI tools and workflows
• Experience building workflow-heavy or data-rich enterprise products
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience in the US and Mexico telecommunications markets
