Product Manager, Platform & Monetization

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into functional pricing models (seat-based, consumption-based, or hybrid)
• Perform continuous analysis to ensure packaging aligns with customer value
• Define and manage the roadmap for the internal provisioning engine
• Collaborate with Engineering to build robust tracking for value metrics and metering
• Identify and resolve friction points in the activation process and remediate revenue leakage
• Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, and Engineering

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience
• Approximately 2 years in product management or a pricing analyst role
• Exposure to SaaS operations including service provisioning and data optimization
• Understanding of fundamental business metrics
• Ability to communicate with engineers regarding API-led activation and usage logs
• Strong familiarity with SQL and data models
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and advanced financial modeling
• Experience with Business Systems Architecture (CPQ & Billing)
